Thanks for all the recommendations. I'll add them to my list to review
and chat to.

I realise it's a big question, but I'm just after some ideas for
people to talk to to get started.  I'm developing an excel document at
the moment with some other key questions and I'm working on a brief so
I'll definitely include all your suggestions in there. Thanks!
