Hi All, I'm in the process of testing ad campaigns on a few platforms at the moment (facebook and Google mainly). The campaign is for a mobile web app I am developing.
I noticed a distinct lack of platforms offering me a kind of "advertise to mobile phones within a 10km of location X" sort of feature. Can anyone recommend services that offer something like this (even if they're in beta)?
