A friend pointed these guys out to me yesterday because they had some
sort of prospectus for private equity investment. I looked into it
and for legal reasons will make no comment here. But thought some
people in here might find it interesting.

The company summary is:
---------------------------------------
SISS Business Systems was established in 1998 to dominate the online
global directory industry in the long term. Since then the task has
been expanded to include

- Domination of the online directory industry.
- Provision of better systems for classifying and discovering online
classified ads for the world’s online classified ad industry.
- Provision of the next generation of business systems after online
directories and search engines, namely the spatial marketplace
systems.
---------------------------------------

They were trying to raise $5m by selling 20m shares at $0.25 a share.
Based on this, they valued the company at over $250m.

I've never heard of them and the video on the website doesn't exactly
excite me. In-fact it does the complete opposite. So, is the next
killer app actually coming from Traralgon, Victoria and is it called
Uglii? Hmmm....

I could email the prospectus if anybody is interested. It's quite
interesting. :).

NOTE. This is not in any way and endorsement of the company above, I
was more keen to show it to the Silicon Beach Crew and see if anybody
has heard of it, or anybody involved.
