Assuming the fibre to the home delivers a step change in what is possible on the internet (like the step change from dialup to broadband did) there could be quite a few tech companies from around the world wanting to get their stuff into Tasmanian living rooms...is there an opportunity there for some Tasmanians to start up businesses which pair beta testers with companies wanting to trial the future?
