Yes according to Wikipedia, Yahoo!7 is a 50/50 split ownership between Yahoo Inc (global) and Seven Media Group. Seven Media Group is again a 50/50 split ownership between Seven Network (ASX:SEV) and KKR (NYSE:KKR)
