This question comes up a lot... Couldn't one of the well-connected & experienced people on this list set up a paid service for Aussie start-ups to establish an LLC and bank account in the US? In Version 01 you pay someone to facilite all the necessary paperwork and workflow. I reckon there's a small market for it.
