Does anyone know what's happening with RnD Preapprovals? Last I heard the (at the time) new Labor government was investigating the legality of the process and had put new payments on hold.
Just wondering if there's been any outcomes from legal proceedings yet? For those that don't know, under the Libs it was possible to get RnD payments upfront if your research was preapproved by a registered research agent.
