As per reply to Art, Ian will be in from UK that weekend and we've
been working with him to get the first Asia-Pacific one up.

Yes, the IP question is one that is a good one: we've had a fair bit
of discussion around it and the current approach of not being heavy up-
front about it - but flagging the issue over the weekend - is a
"lesser of two evils". It can be a bit of a dampener to get legals in
your face first-up over the weekend. We have Tim Clark, an IP lawyer,
who is helping organise Launch48 Melb and he'll also be available to
discuss some of the issues.

Sorry you can't make it! But we do plan more :)
