Hi All I wanted to see if anyone has experienced a similar situation to us here at www.mmmule.com
Our 3 founders are from three different countries, Australia (Sydney but lived in NY for 6 yrs), US (LA but originally from Ireland) and Ireland (Dublin but living in Sydney on a temp visa but trying to figure out how to stay). Nice and complicated. So the question is, what are the implications of having 3 founders from 3 different countries from a company registration and taxation perspective. Anyone have any experience with this or any advice to offer?!
