Hi all,

I was hoping someone has been through this before. I have a bad debtor
in the range of 3.5k. The guy stringed me along for 4 months after
which he told me to suck it up and write it off. I got a bad reference
for the guy from the beginning, but I persisted anyway because the
type of work looked good (in hindsight of course it was a bad idea).

Anyway, the problem is I don't have his address (something we have
fixed now with New Customer Forms) to proceed with a debt claim.

We have, in this order:

1. Asked him

2. Done a lot of online searching

3. Checked the Australian Electoral Role (I think he is not an
Australian citizen)

4. Tried a skip tracing specialist

but we still don't have his address. I have spoken to a lawyer who
said its probably best to write it off, but I was wondering if anyone
had any other ideas before I give up completely.

Thanks!
Ruchir
