The Liebovich brothers did a great job with the execution of Scoopon.
However, if this were an Australian company being muscled out by a US
cyber-squatter, you just know that these article would have been
scathing.

Overall, I was disappointed in this article how positively it's framed
the Liebovich brothers' tactics. Personally, I'd be ashamed to take
the money for such blatant cyber-squatting. The Groupon name was
established, they knew exactly what they were doing. I can't believe
"defensive market strategy" held up in court....
