Yes your are right, it is a small problem for everyone going somewhere new, and I expect Google Maps and Bing to attempt to solve it for everyone. They may allow people to simply move a location marker and add comments.
No to crowd-sourcing, in the commercial Minimum Viable Product (MLD). The data would be collected simply by tracking and capturing where "experienced" drivers park/stop for 2 to 10 mins at each address (Thanks Bart Jellema). For commercial applications, I think some software to automate the collection, verification and redistributing of the Micro Logistic Directions (MLD) would need to be built no matter what Google or Bing do for everyone. And hopefully they build it in a way that makes the commercialisation of this idea sync in with those maps with high functonality and scalability. Thank you for the feedback.
