I'm not sure you're going to get many takers from the people on this list, but I could be wrong.
On a serious note, getting a co-founder is more like dating, not recruiting. And getting a technical co-founder in the current market is like trying to date a model - there are more people wanting to date them than there are models. So, you need to do all the work, make sure you look as good as you possibly can, and try and find one who doesn't realize just yet how in demand he/she is. I suggest you head along to hack-a-thon type events, hang around unis and check out the project days where final year students in CSCI show off their stuff. You might also get some traction at barcamps, but probably not to be honest. What you're trying to do isn't easy, and it is highly unlikely that postings on mailing lists or anywhere else is going to get you the kind of person you actually want. If you have cash, though, you can always hire someone, but it sounds from your email that you're looking for someone who'll work for equity as you either don't have the money, or don't think your idea is worth mortgaging your house for.
