It is a post about trying to identify technology waves for investment purposes, and an effort to identify the next wave - the 'Hypernet'. AS I understand it, the mass of interconnectedness between mobile devices, wifi and the web is what they are referring to as the hypernet, and the next wave which needs to be caught is the companies who assert themselves as the natural monopolies within that new technology.
