Does Kondoot have any actual users? Alexa and the various app ranking methods don't show evidence of much in the way of current users or a growth trend...
Still, I doubt that a few people losing their shirts chasing the "next Facebook" will have much effect on the startup scene over all. No need for hand-wringing. Either it will be a raging success, or a number of people will learn valuable lessons for next time. As a side note: I don't care enough about this to register with ASSOB and look up the offer document, but a liquidity preference term of some sort can go a ways to help investors get their 5x or 10x without needing the valuations you talk about, especially at a multiplier... a lot easier to get to 5x ROI with a 2x or even 3x multiplier.
