Does Kondoot have any actual users? Alexa and the various app ranking
methods don't show evidence of much in the way of current users or a
growth trend...

Still, I doubt that a few people losing their shirts chasing the "next
Facebook" will have much effect on the startup scene over all. No need
for hand-wringing. Either it will be a raging success, or a number of
people will learn valuable lessons for next time.

As a side note: I don't care enough about this to register with ASSOB
and look up the offer document, but a liquidity preference term of
some sort can go a ways to help investors get their 5x or 10x without
needing the valuations you talk about, especially at a multiplier... a
lot easier to get to 5x ROI with a 2x or even 3x multiplier.
