YES, I would be keen, thought about this a few times and seen other attempt
it with Google Hangouts.

Silicon Beach on Google + yet ?  cant find it..  Ive attended ALOT of
hangouts and find them to be the most efficient way.. sharing Google apps
screens and collaboration is done very very well
