I was actually being sarcastic, as the job read like it was from a recruiter or corporate.
People want to work with visionary leaders who are making a difference. So jobs ads need to tell a story of a visionary leader and a visionary product. And the 'small equity' part smells of a person who doesn't value a great tech co founder. A tech cofounder who can give the business 10x more value through an amazing product and growth hacking techniques.
