I'm not sure true entrepreneurs look for 'lifestyle' ... they come for "the people who provide them with resources – revenues, talent, capital, advice, etc".
Until we understand that surfing, Sunday bbqs and Friday beers is not the drawcard...it's just a temporary distraction...then we might be successful in introducing useful money and founders.
