I agree totally with Nick. For $249 a month I want you to not just provide a template but write the press release. This means someone emailing me to find out what we have been doing lately and formulate it into a press release and send it. For example in the last two weeks my startup has
1) Done two significant software updates. 2) Signed up partners and resellers in Australia, US and UK 3) Getting constant feedback from users that we are the best product going up against much larger players. But despite all of this good stuff we have done no media about it at all. Just don't have time. So I would want an service that doesn't help my PR but DOES my PR.
