Now *that's* how you ask for advice - a real person with a real company and lots of detail ;-)
I've got a couple of other questions: 1. Why do you have an LLC if you're not running anything through it? Is it a work in progress thing you have plans for in the future? Are you filing any returns with the IRS and Delaware for it now? 2. Are you contracting with these companies as the Australian company or as the LLC? Assuming you're contracting/invoicing at the Pty Ltd company, it looks like you will want to look at completing the W-8BEN-E in the name of your Pty Ltd company (since you're an entity, so the -E). That's about the extent of my knowledge I'm afraid - but getting the right answer is going to be important and prob won't cost you a lot. Can't recommend David Kenney of HallChadwick strongly enough for advice on this stuff ( [email protected]). Best of luck, and let us know how you go!
