It's great that you have already sold the concept to a few clients - good 
work. That's the right way to go :)

If there are funds that "*have been accepted*", are they not enough to pay 
for a developer? You said "*relationship and rapport that needs to be built 
between partners before a business is entered into*" - does that mean there 
is no equity and no pay till a relationship and rapport is established?

It would be great to answer a realistic "What's in it for you!"  After 6 
Months, 12 Months and 36 Months respectively so all the interested 
developers reading this can paint a picture.
