This sounds like you're opening a huge can of worms, but I see it's backed by Pfizer which must have the legal spend necessary to power through many of the potential legislative roadblocks.
The T&C doesn't cover cancellation of a subscription - how does that work? Personally, I think I'd probably pay $16 to not have to visit a doctor just to re-fill a prescription I've been on for decades, so if I can use it and cancel immediately (or you actually support a one-off use case) I'd have a pretty compelling need for this.
