Hi All, I am building a web based service which I want to be able to charge out to customers based on the number of times it is used - effectively my customers would be buying credits and each time my system is used I will decrease their credit counter.
Is there an out of the box system which will manage user accounts (username, password, email etc.), accept payments, and manage the credit system via an API which I can easily integrate? Ideally credits could be purchased in batches or on a month by month subscription basis. I have seen some wordpress plugins which may handle this, but hoping to avoid wordpress for a mode dedicated option. I am comfortable to code this myself but don't want to handle security and obviously avoid reinventing the wheel. Any thoughts appreciated!
