While I don't bite the heads off live fowl on stage for cheap,
the grievances are genuine. Is Ubuntu dead yet? Possible.
Do I care? Not really. I've switched between more distros
than I care to remember, and I can live with Linux, OS X,
Free BSD or OpenBSD, or XP, or even some fluorine-breathing
alien OS from hell, provided they do the job.

Right now I'm moving more towards OS X as front end environment
to the diverse networked stuff, but the heavy lifting is all done
with Debian. I don't expect this to change anytime soon. The
one Ubuntu 6.06 LTS server I've been running will be migrating
back to Debian, simply because I need recent vserver and vserver-util
in stock depository, or at least backports.
