We tend to be sceptical about AI at GV, and in general one of the
criticisms of LLMs is that they are trained on mostly American English and
stumble a lot with even languages as widely spoken as Spanish. This is
partly why we see localization in AI creation also I feel, I think I just
saw something yesterday about a Latin American alternative to chat GPT?
Nevertheless, thank you for the link--I will share with Subha and the
others working on Indigenous languages in India!
