In that case, I suppose I'm a native Mumbaikar. 10 years in Mumbai between 1991 & 2001 - education, my first salaried job, my first driving license, my first passport, my first road accident... I can even manage enough Marathi to get by in government offices and even cuss in Gujarati, Bengali and Bhojpuri too :) Every other city I have lived in I tend to compare with Mumbai (in almost all cases, unfavourably).
