What's the "London School of Economics"? Is it part of some university, or is it more like DeVRY? He's got the intelligence split from "The Time Machine" backwards, though --- the upper class became unintelligent, while the lower class remained intelligent. It's a pretty absurd set of projections. Whence comes the pressure for speciation?
