I have been known to wear khaki and look scruffy, and I have done a bit of socializing, though never in silk. I'm not particularly female either.

Or by "non-profit" and "NGO" do you *only* mean social service organizations? I've been involved in many non-profit organizations over the years, but only one qualified as social service.

Does anyone see this distinction making any difference in this debate?
