I remember reading a letter from an officer in the Pakistan Army. He was a British national, but returned to Pakistan to serve in the army and spent a career doing so. His letter was written to friends just before his death, and was later published by his family, which too pointed fingers at the government as his would be assassins. At least the published version did not name names, just like the present letter from Sri Lanka. Cheeni
