jaagore.com is the best resource available online as on date. afaik, postal voting is not available in india. he has one of 2 options, come in to blr to vote for that one day or register again in mumbai. if he is sure that he may not be in mumbai when the next general elections will be held, coming in to blr for tht one day seems like a better option. hope this helps! amitha TIA, > ~ash > >
