I don't have a long list of things I want to do before I die, detailed requirements are a trap. :)
I do know what I would like to do next short term and long term. Short term I'd like to explore southern Tasmania a bit. Expect to do that this weekend. Long term I'd like to live in China for a while. Oh! And I'd like to eat at Alinea, Can Fabes, and Noma. -- Charles
