Over the last weekend I had the chance to visit one of these Indo-Mexican fusion restaurant: Indimex in Greenslopes near Brisbane. It was not bad at all. The owner apparently used to chef at a Japanese restaurant in Japan. I also managed to convince two dinner companions who were initially doubtful about the possibilities of Indo-Mex cuisine. Thaths
