I put some 20ppm in my hot bath the other night and I think I got a herx reaction to it. I have a major case lyme disease that I'm fighting and so far I'm winning. Usually when I take a hot bath it makes me feal good. The burning in my legs and the akes and pains stops for a while after the hot bath. Also I feal more alive and full of energy. This time I fealt weak dizzy, sick to my stomach and had to go lay down. After the fealing subsided if I fealt pretty good. I'm going to try it again as soon as I get this project finished and I'll post the results. Take Care Reid
