A man is on his way from work at the Pentagon. He comes into a big traffic jam and wonders what's the problem. He sees a cop walking back between the cars and talking to the drivers. When the cop gets to him he asks "What's the holdup?" The cop says that The President has stopped his motorcade in the intersection and has gotten out of his limo. He says that Clinton is crying about his impechment problems, China problems,family problems, and is threatening to pour gas on himself because he can't pay all his lawyers the $33 million he owes them. The cop says " I'm walking around taking up a collection for him"." Yeah? " says the guy , "How much you collected so far?" "Oh", says the cop,"about 500 gallons".
