What you've said makes little sense to me.
A brain tuner is not a audio frequency generator.
You need an audio frequency device to drive a Bare-Rife device.
It is not clear what an EMEM2 device requires, as it looks like a multiple
wave oscillator (and so you shouldn't need to change the frequency) but
the way Dan is using it works for him and the people who get the EMEM2's
that he makes, so ...
I've not made a brain-tuner, though I know someone who has made one.
