Hi Marsha. Stuff I was using was 400 ppm msp. It costs 4 a bottle. I took it for a year costs me thousands of dollars. Reg Cs may be different. What is a safe brand to use. As far as I've heard it works at least as well as the others, just costs more. How much MSP did you take and for how long, Trish? What ppm was it supposed to be?
