Hi Kass, I don't mean to belabor the point because I don't know all that
much about it, but the info states that wild yam cream is not helpful unless
it states that it has at least 800-1000mg extract of progesterone per 2 oz.
The real progesterone comes from the wild yam, but via an extracting process
that plain wild yam does not provide.
