"Natural" as in--supplements in their natural occuring state. Like getting 
calcium from milk rather than a Calcium tablet. Vs "supplement" being one 
derived from whatever source that one buys off the shelf in a bottle--and it 
may not be useful to the body without another mineral or vitamin.
