Kass, I am herxing now and am extremely jumpy and shaky with anxiety. I notice with the herx I get the anxiety along with the depression. This time around it does not seem as bad. In the beginning it was very bad, I felt like I was ready for the looney bin. My mind kept racing and I couldn't shut it off. So far I don't have it this time around so we shall see. I hope this helps alittle. Donna P.S. my heart races alot and I get short of breath with my herxes to, that goes along with the anxiety.
