Hi Vilik, Don't use ozone directly from your machine into your ear, it may burn your tissues. I remember reading about someone doing this, it caused a great deal of pain, but the person said it took care of their problem. I'm very familiar with ozone, and it burns tissue if not hydrated. Kass
