I just wanted to thank everyone who came up with ideas re my manufacturing of CS in South Africa. After two weeks of extensive shopping around, I have, at last found a source of true distilled water. Most of the water they are selling here is, I was told by the manufacturer, actually purified water with a distilled water lable!! They know they can get away with it, so they do it.
Now my CS is crystal clear, and only very slightly bitter. Another question!! Considering I live at the bottom of the world!! Where could I get, or how could I test my CS? For PPm and water quality.
