Re: using CS nebulized in O2. Blindness will be caused in newborns by administration of high levels of oxygen. It attacks something in the retina. Perhaps there is a practicing medical professional on the list who can give us the details. O2 may be given, but not over a particular blood level, which in the tubes and needles scene is easy to monitor, but for the do-it-yourselfer may not be possible. There is a positive cut-off age for this effect, but I can't remember it.
