I would like to use the ascorbate form of C that you mentioned as I
have heard it is best but it is to acidic for me.
You might try taking it in combination with a good quality calcium
bentonite clay. The clay will reduce the benefit, but not that much, and
it will buffer the C to the point that many people who can't tolerate it
otherwise, can... worth a try at least...
Something else that is *very* good for most digestive problems
(including ulcers, etc) is raw, organic apple cider vinegar (I like
BRaggs, but as long as it is raw and organic)...
The biggest challange is in vitamin Bs
The best source I have found is a combination of nutritional yeast (Red
Star is supposed to be safe for those with candida problems):
www.bulkfoods.com/yeast.htm
and a good quality bee pollen/propolis (I like YS Organics brand bee
products):
www.ysorganic.com
and minerals.
I think that a good quality calcium bentonite clay is a great source of
minerals (clay is, in fact, the source of most commercially available
trace mineral products)...
