Hi, Gail, I think I did respond to the first part of your message, but not
sure it got sent. YES< I do have a little nagging cough in the right lung,
but it does not seem to come and go with the upper ri bcage pain. At times
, like yesterday, there seems to be a little "stuff" in there, way at the
bottom . Sometimes I can cough it up, sometimes, not. My right lung has a
different feeling from my left lung as well. Almost seems like it is empty
in some way. Just don't know how to describe it. Yesterday I swished with
CS and swallowed it. Today the right lung thing is okay again except for
the different feeling. Ruth

Hi again, Gail. I have been tested for an ulcer quite a few times. Have
had the upper endoscopy twice in the last couple of years.. Also ultrasound
and lately a CT scan. Not sure the CT scan would detect an ulcer. Hope

I'm curious. Do you also have an unidentified cough
off and on with the pain in your ribcage area? Reason
I'm asking is because several in my family have acid
reflex accompanied with a little cough. Some of the
symptoms you described, especially after eating
various foods, sound a lot like what they experience.
Just curious, tho, as you've never mentioned having a
cough.
Also, have they ever tested you for an ulcer?
