Hi Kathryn,
Are you using DMSO in the CS? If you keep it to 2% DMSO it is comfortable even as eye drops, and also might want to use it as ear drops. Even in humans the sinuses and ear canals are very close together, tear ducts drain into the nasal passages, and treating all "head" openings, can be more effective than just trying to get it into sinuses directly. I've often used CS/DMSO eye drops, and others have used CS/MSM or CS/MSM/DMSO eye drops, for me msm burns and stings something awful. But if you can tolerate the sting from the MSM, it doesn't last long. Also not everyone gets the burning/stinging from msm in the eyes.

I appreciate what you have posted- I feel kinda like the slow little sister here, as it did not occur to me that my sinus could have something to do with the dizziness I have had off and on for years. The other day it was sunny, hot and *very* humid, and I got dizzy again- it was not my blood pressure, as it is no longer low, but I'll bet it is being caused by sinus pressure. The mold in my head really grows when it is hot and humid. This creates numerous problems.

Since you posted that, I have been using more CS in my sinuses, and think I have a hold of this tiger now.
