interesting... only today i was trying to find information for Magnesium Proteinate. the information i found stated it is " More Protective than Magnesium Oxide" and it is "the product resulting from the chelation of a soluble salt with amino acids and/or partially hydrolized protein." i have only used magnesium citrate and am curious if anyone else has used this form and what differing effects it may have. thanks, julie
