Donna, I have just been through a nasty flu, which left those around me incapacitated, except for those taking CS :-) I found I really had to up my internal dose to 2oz (60ml) and spray and sniff CS and spray into the mouth whilst breathing in, and the odd spray into the eyes. I took a small spray bottle with 20ppm straight to a cold and windy building site where I am working long hours, perched 50 metres up on a scaffold welding stainless steel pipe (need some instant money). I had that spray bottle steaming , but boy it saved my life, I didn't feel brilliant but good enough to feel confident I could work safely. I just sprayed when I felt the need, you can tell when it wears off. Maybe every half an hour or more at the height of my discomfort. Five days and I feel normal again.
