Feather Glo is an oral iodine supplement- I had a parakeet that had a goiter which resolved after giving him this. It makes me wonder if I could drink it too. It has iodine and potassium iodine.

By the way, what is feather glo? I'll bet you can still buy at the pet store. I got the regular Iodine Tincture at KV Pet. If interested I'll get you the website or 800 number. They also have cleanses very reasonable (nutritional products).

Well, no, they don't talk about that around here. I thought you have to have a prescription- is that right?

I think I would like to have some. Did you know that birds need it too? I used to have to give my birds "FeatherGlo", a supplement for iodine.

Hi Wayne.

Does everyone have their Potassium Iodide (KI) pills dispensed by your town government?

The town that I live in is dispensing two potassium iodide pills to each resident in the event of a nuclear problem at the nuclear plant about 25 miles from here. I've got mine. Have you got yours?
