Hi Lists!!  (hope this goes thru, server problems AGAIN - server rejected my e-mail address!!, grrrrrrrrr)

I received my Magnascent on Mon., 10/1, and began taking 5 drops in 1/4 cup water each morning and early afternoon on Tues., 10/2.  I haven't yet noticed much of a difference in it and the 5% Lugol's, which I was taking twice a day before I received the Magnascent.  Do any of y'all know if it would be OK to up the number of drops per dose and/or take 3 doses per day rather than 2?  (how many drops, mixed with what, how many times, etc...)

I'd appreciate any recommendations as I'm taking the generic for 75 mcg Synthroid for low thyroid.   I was hoping Daddybob could give some insight too, since I think some of his earlier reports were just before I rejoined the CS list.  I'd like to eventually get to where I don't have to take the prescription at all if that's possible.

FYI...  Although I hadn't been taking my CS on a regular basis, I started back since I came down with a head cold/sinus/allergy a couple of weeks ago.  I'm now planning to take my CS (as well as 2,000 - 3,000 mg Vit. C as I remember) on a daily basis hoping to get a lot if not most of my "beasties" killed off in advance of beginning MMS.  I received a kit to make 14 bottles of MMS, but decided to order one premixed bottle to test before making up the "kit" (one bottle supposedly lasts a year or two so I won't need much for just me, and until I test it out and can give personal testimonials as well as give testimonials from others, most of my family and friends won't be interested in trying it  <sigh>).   If it doesn't come today, hopefully the premixed bottle will be here on Monday.  I will create a "log" and report my results to the MDI list.  How often would y'all like to be updated (daily, every few days, weekly, etc.)?  I use my work computer, so won't be able to send updates on weekends, but I can anytime during the week.

Sorry if this is off topic for the CS list, but thought some of you not on the MDI list could help with my iodine/thyroid issue.  I'm so glad y'all are out there to help with ALL of the various health issues we face!

Thanks in advance!!
Ruth B.
