The law changed as of August 1, 2007. Iodine is now being heavily regulated due to its alleged use
by meth labs. The 5% solution can only be sold in 1 oz or less, unless by prescription.

Just a FYI I ordered, thru the pharmacy, a 16oz bottle of Strong Iodine Solution by Humco, and it says Lugols Solution at the bottom...for $28.00 today.
